Caitlin Hegarty

I am an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at Williams College.

I received my PhD in economics from the University of Michigan in 2023.  

My interests are in macroeconomics and labor economics.  My current research focuses on applying search models to topics related to inequality and policy.  I am also interested in the macroeconomic and distributional consequences of firm heterogeneity.
